Quality Assurance
One of the biggest concerns with independent distribution is Quality Assurance. G2 utilizes global 3rd party testing facilities to ensure that its customers receive the best quality products. Quality Assurance begins with our commitment to source quality products from electronics suppliers around the world. All G2 vendors are continually evaluated and rated based on the quality of past orders, quality certifications (i.e. ISO), industry references, and audits conducted by us. We take great measures to ensure the success of each transaction from initial offer to final delivery. As a result, our customers receive the quality products they expect – without any surprises.
10-Day Inspection Program “Try Before You Buy”
As your trusted supplier we offer a 10-day inspection period program. What this means to you? If you place an order with G2 we will give you 10-days to perform spot testing on the parts to ensure they are authentic. We encourage our customers to perform a visual inspection on the parts, component testing, as well as plugging the parts into your boards to make sure they function correctly.
